By public transport 

When entering highway A10 (Amsterdam Ring) choose Ring West
Then take exit S103 (Haarlem), direction "Westerpark
After 1700 m turn right (Van Hallstraat).
Then second street right, Van Hogendorpstraat.
At the end of this street you find the entrance of the school
on your left side.

Get out at stop Van Hogendorpstraat
After the square continue on the left side of the street
Turn left into the Van Hogendorpstraat", at the end you

Workshops

A workshop (or series of workshops) has some basic elements: warming up and fitness movements, learning defence, attack and acrobatic movements, capoeira music and songs and information about capoeira.

In agreement with our client we add other - variable - teams: communication and dialogue, migration and its effects, language differences, conflict, social issues,  overcoming obstacles and handicaps, knowing your own strength, history and present of Brazil, music and dance.
